In October of 2024 a proposal was presented to the members of Knights of Columbus council of SFX to fund and build an outdoor Stations of the Cross to be located around the Cross at the east end of the church property. The Cross came from St. Joseph’s Church in Bawlf.
This project is to honour very important events in the life of the parish of SFX. In 2024 the Parish was officially 115 years old and we had been in our new church for 5 years. In 2026 the Camrose Council of the K of C will be 75 years old. Also in 2026, the SFX CWL Council will be 105 years.
It is the hope and prayers of the Camrose Council of the Knights of Columbus that parishioners and visitors will see the Stations as a place to contemplate on Jesus’ everlasting love for us through his suffering and death to his glorious Resurrection.
